The first step for most guests is to browse through our website; there are plenty of photos and a full description of each property. However, we do not leave it there - give us a ring and chat through in detail exactly what you are hoping to find, what is top of your list of essentials and what is a "that would be great too". Everyone has different requirements and from our intimate knowledge of each property, we promise to tell-it-as-it-is, ups and downs, no jargon and no poetic license. Booking the holiday is only the beginning
At Elite West Holidays we will do all we can to help you make the most of your stay by offering a full concierge service. Whether you want restaurant reservations, surfing lessons, babysitters, chefs, hot-air balloon trips or personal chef, just give us a ring and we will put the arrangements in place, ready for your arrival.
Our website, as you can see, sets the scene of what is on offer locally, and on booking, we will send you a more detailed list of local restaurants, activity centers, surfing instructors, horse riding stables etc. Once you have looked through this, please do contact us for advice and help with arranging any of these. At present supermarkets do not deliver to this area; we can arrange for you to speak to our personal shopper who will arrange, for a small charge, for your shopping order to be delivered to your house and unpacked into cupboards/fridge/freezer ready for your arrival.
We can introduce you to our superb chef who will discuss with you details of the service offered. This can be anything from a private dinner party, with menu of your choice and all staff provided, to ready prepared meals that are delivered to your door for you to simply pop in the oven.
Our office is open seven days a week and we are always at the end of the telephone. If there is anything, of which you are unsure or on which you would like advice, either before or during your stay, simply give us a call and we will help.
