We have six beautiful holiday cottages in sought after coastal locations around Penzance in far west Cornwall.
Each cottage has been fully refurbished creating warm, comfortable and light holiday accommodation, whatever the time of year. The beauty of the landscape, our comfortable cottages, the wonderful beaches, the local Cornish produce and much more draw our guests back year after year.
Marazion is one of England’s oldest towns, facing onto one of the most beautiful wide stretches of safe sandy beach in west Cornwall. Mount’s Bay is popular for sailing and windsurfing and has as its focal point” the jewel in Cornwall’s crown”, St Michael’s Mount.
Close to St. Ives and Penzance, Marazion is an outstanding family location. Westville Cottage is located in the heart of the town and close to the local amenities, the surrounding area just waiting to be discovered.
The bustling fishing port of Newlyn still retains its village atmosphere and provides a good selection of pubs, restaurants, art galleries and some of the finest fresh fish in the world. With the regional hub of Penzance and the small picturesque village of Mousehole nearby, Newlyn is an excellent base to explore the surrounding area.
Ideal for couples, Bella Cottage, Lily Cottage and Grace Cottage are pretty and charming little fisherman’s cottages, located in the heart of the town. For families, Fradgan Cottage, is also located in the town, and close to the family beaches of Porthcurno and Porthgwarra and the surfing beach at Sennen Cove.
St Marys is the largest island in the Isles of Scilly and offers stunning beaches, delicious local food, local arts and crafts, diving, walking and endless wildlife. Peaceful and relaxed, Scilly is a truly special place. Clemy’s Cottage is the perfect base to discover St Marys and the other islands.

Bella / Lily / Grace - Sleeps 2 (plus cot)
Dating back over 200 years, these pretty and charming little fisherman’s cottages – Lily, Bella and Grace Cottages – are located in a traffic free environment in the heart of the bustling fishing port of Newlyn near Penzance in Far West Cornwall. They have all recently been completely renovated to provide compact yet comfortable, good quality self-catering holiday accommodation.
Fradgan Cottage - Sleeps 6 (plus cot)
Dating back over 300 years, Fradgan Cottage is one of the oldest and most enchanting cottages in the ancient port of Newlyn. As far as records can tell, the cottage was a former dairy in the centre of Fradgan Meadow which is a far cry from its current location which is deep in the heart of the village.
There is nothing ancient about Fradgan Cottage now, as it has recently undergone a complete renovation and modernisation programme to bring the property into the 21st century. The cottage has been tastefully decorated and furnished to provide quality and comfortable holiday accommodation.
Westville Cottage - Sleeps 8
Recently refurbished to a very comfortable standard, Westville is a large and elegant Victorian terraced house which stands in a commanding position overlooking Mount’s Bay and the fairy tale island of St. Michael’s Mount. Located in the very heart of this ancient market town, the property is literally a stone’s throw from the golden, crescent shaped sandy beach.
The house has been completely renovated but many of the original Victorian features remain such as several fireplaces, window seat and a fabulous wash stand in the main bathroom. The ground floor contains a light and spacious, well equipped open plan kitchen/dining room and lounge which features the original Victorian fireplaces and a window seat with amazing views to the mount.
Clemy’s Cottage - Sleeps 6 (plus cot)
Clemy’s cottage is approx 150 years old and granite built. It is situated in quiet back water on St Mary’s on the Isles of Scilly. Less than 50 yards from Porthcressa beach, the cottage is approximately 3 minutes walking distance to Hugh Town. |
