Julie and Keith welcome you to Bosayne – a charming eight bedroom Edwardian Bed & Breakfast with self catering Holiday Cottage. Bosayne lies only 300 metres from the rolling waves of the Atlantic Ocean, as they crash on dramatic cliffs and coves.
A warm welcome awaits guests in the comfortable surroundings of our home. As an eco-friendly family we do our best to minimise the impact our business has on the environment. Living within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) brings its own rewards and responsibilities. Recycling, energy and water saving are all everyday practices. We use Local, Fair-trade and Organic produce whenever we can. Bosayne is a Carbon Neutral business

The centre of Tintagel is only a two minutes stroll away and is steeped in history and folklore. King Arthur’s legendary birthplace, Tintagel Castle, is the main drawing point for tourists. The English Heritage site sits perched high on the cliff-tops with Merlin's Cave running beneath.
In the heart of the village is the oldest Post Office in Britain - a National Trust property. Bosayne is an ideal touring base for the surrounding area, the rest of Cornwall and parts of Devon. In close proximity are Bossiney Cove and Trebarwith Strand. Both are great bathing and surfing beaches. Outdoor enthusiasts will find walking and cycling routes crossing the countryside and trailing the sea on coastal paths. Bosayne is only 22 miles from the famous Eden Project and a little further to the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Cornwall is very spiritual and contains many sites with standing stones including Man An Tol and Trethevy Quoit.
For that extra bit of privacy ask about our cosy one-bedroom self-catering cottage located at the rear of the main house. There are up 5 spaces in our car park and ample free parking on Atlantic Road itself.
Coastal Path walkers can take advantage of our baggage transfer options. For cyclists, we have lockable storage for bicycles if required.

B&B Accommodation
All rooms are tastefully furnished and have a wash basin, toiletries, towels, remote control digital LCD TV, clock radio alarm with iPod dock, hairdryer and hospitality tray. All non en-suite rooms are provided with a bath robe. Rooms are serviced daily between 10:30am - 13:30pm

Adjacent single rooms sharing a private bathroom (with shower) for their sole use on the landing opposite. Wine glass & corkscrew provided. Mini-fridge. Room 5 overlooks the countryside while Room 6 looks towards Tintagel village.

Room 8
Bright double aspect family room with one double and two single beds. Ample space for a travel cot or additional single guest bed. Wine glasses & corkscrew provided. Mini-fridge.
Enjoys an ocean view to the front and countryside views to the rear through Velux windows. The shower and toilet facility is on the landing and is shared with Room 9 (adjacent single room). Also available as a double, twin or triple room.
Room 9
Our smallest single room with a sloping ceiling benefiting from an ocean view, through a Velux window. Smaller than our other two single rooms this is a lovely bright room with character. Wine glass & corkscrew provided. Mini-fridge. Shower and toilet facility is on the landing and shared with Room 8 (adjacent family room).
Room 10
Double/Twin or Family en-suite (bath) room, normally arranged as a double. Enjoys an ocean view from the bedroom and countryside views from the bathroom. All views are through Velux windows. Wine glasses & corkscrew provided. Mini-fridge. A 2ft 6in wide single guest bed is installed if required as a family or twin room
Bosayne Self Catering Cottage
Is a cosy bijou retreat offering all the luxuries of home. The cottage is situated to the rear of Bosayne Guest House. Reserved parking provided for 1-car.
The cottage comes fully equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, dishwasher, kitchenware, iron and ironing board. Freeview digital television and DVD player provided. Free Wi-Fi connection available - all you need is your laptop or similar device. The ground floor is open plan kitchen / lounge/ diner. A 2-seater sofa bed is provided if extra sleeping space is required. The bedroom on the first floor has a double bed with en-suite shower room; bed linen and towels are provided.
Enjoy the afternoon sunshine sipping chilled drinks on the patio. Bosayne is just metres from the coast path, yet only a few minutes' walk to Tintagel village with all its amenities, restaurants, pubs, shops, King Arthur’s Castle and the Old Post Office, etc. An excellent touring base for Cornwall and parts of Devon. Places such as the Eden Project are only a 40 minute drive away. Weekly bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in is from 3.00pm on arrival date with departure by 10.00am on the final morning. Earlier check-in times can be agreed by prior arrangement. Weekly rates are as shown below.
