A spiral staircase leads upstairs to a further two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The kitchen and dining area is the centrepiece of the whole house. The free-form shape of the dining table will seat 10 easily and the similarly shaped central island in the kitchen also has bar stools at one end, ideal for breakfast time. Outside is parking for three-four cars easily and a boat if necessary.
The large detached garage houses a table tennis table for your use and there is a sheltered rear garden. Summer Lodge is within easy walking distance back to Lizard village where there are two pubs/restaurants, general store, post office and gift shops. You are also just 400 metres from the SW coastal path offering stunning cliff top walking in either direction.

Two bedrooms downstairs have king size beds.
The third bedroom downstairs has twin beds.
One bedroom upstairs has a king size bed and one bedroom has twin beds.
Bathrooms: Two Master bedrooms downstairs have en-suite bathrooms, and the twin room downstairs shares a shower room.
There is a bathroom upstairs shared by the Master bedroom and the twin bed room.
Kitchen:
There is a dishwasher, double range cooker, double sinks, large American style fridge/freezer and lots of storage space. A separate utility area houses the washing machine, with another toilet and hand basin just off.
Utility Room: Washing machine, toilette and hand wash basin.
Living Rooms: Also on the ground floor is the lounge, having comfy seating for 10 people, LCD TV, Freeview and a DVD player.
Cleaning/towels
Linen/maid service: Linen is included but towels are not.
Please bring your own towels.
The property is cleaned on changeover day.
Notes on accommodation
This house is a non smoking home. Also no pets. It is ideally suited to families who wish to holiday in the Lizard area. The walking along the coastal paths is highly recommended and so too the bird watching. Especially the Cornish Choughs in the spring.
