The AA 4 star Fowey hotel sits majestically above the Fowey estuary, offering wonderful views out over the water to the opposite village of Polruan and to sea. It is set in lovely landscaped gardens, one of which is open for Tea in the summer months. From the hotel it is only a short stroll into the town of Fowey, with its irresistible collection of narrow streets, lanes, shops, galleries, eateries and its bustling harbour. In the opposite direction is some wonderful coastal walking and the hotel is only 15 minutes drive from the renowned Eden Project. Most of Cornwall's key attractions and sites are within easy driving distance of the hotel so it serves as a good base for exploring the rest of the county.
Accommodation
The Premier rooms are the most luxurious of bedrooms, offering spacious comfort with either 4-poster or king size double beds all offering spectacular views of Cornwall landscapes and the Fowey River.
These rooms offer luxurious bathrooms, hospitality tray, remote control colour TV, radio, hairdryer, direct dial phone and data port as standard plus thoughtful extras such as soft, towelling robes and mineral water. One room, known as the Honeymoon Suite offers the most exceptional view of Fowey from its own private roof terrace.
The Select rooms offer some of the finest views of the Fowey estuary and are equipped with all standard requirements listed above to provide for a comfortable stay. Standard rooms, offering sea or inland views, are attractively furnished with en suite bath and/or shower and equipped with all standard requirements.

Functions
The Fowey Hotel is an extremely attractive venue at which to stage all manner of events, both social and business. The management team is able to provide a range of services in response to requirements.
It is an intimate wedding venue perfectly suited for smaller weddings and the Hotel will soon have a Civil Wedding licence. In summer the Tea Garden provides a romantic wedding setting whilst in more inclement times the restaurant, two lounges and bar provide wonderful views to go with first class catering.
Functions for groups of less than 25 people can be held in the more informal lounge area and the restaurant can cater for up to 70 people. The lounge can be used at any time of the year, subject to availability, and the restaurant is available for evening parties between November 1st - February 28th excluding Christmas, New Year and Valentines weekend. Outside of these months functions and weddings are possible but availability, terms and conditions need to be discussed with the hotel.
